Pull when it reaches an internal temp of 160°F.
-WHOLE BRISKET: Place the brisket, still wrapped, on a baking sheet. Reheat at 275°F for 2.5 to 3 hours.
-HALF BRISKET: Place the brisket, still wrapped, on a baking sheet. Reheat at 275°F for under 2 hours.
RIBS
Keep the ribs wrapped in foil and place on a baking sheet. Warm at 275°F for 1 hour, or until the center hits 160°F.
TURKEY
Wrap should stay intact. Place on a baking sheet and heat at 275°F for up to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature is 150°F.
CORNBREAD CASSEROLE
Keep covered. Reheat at 275°F for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it reaches 160°F in the center.
BARBECUE BEANS
Keep covered. Reheat at 275°F for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it reaches 160°F in the center.
