Service Line or dishwasher

• Thursday 11:00AM-4:00PM
• Friday-Saturday 9:00AM-8:00PM, Sunday 9:00AM-4:00PMTipped wage
Hourly pay above average & based on experience
3. Dishwasher / Pit Assistant
Schedule:
Thursday: 3PM-8PM
Friday-Saturday: 10AM-8PM
Sunday: 10AM-5PM
What You'll Do:
Wash and restock all dishes and utensils
Assist with basic BBQ prep tasks
Support cleanliness and flow throughout the kitchen

Reliable and self-motivated
Fast, focused, and detail-oriented
Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Open to learning and pitching in wherever needed

High school students or early-career professionals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Friendly, fast, and focused under pressure.
Prep / Pit-Master (Full-Time)

Thursday-Sunday, 4:00/5:00AM–3:00PM - hours may vary
This is a high-responsibility, high-reward role. You’ll be trained on key BBQ prep tasks and help run the smokers. -
50% prep / 50% pit & meat work
Grind proteins, trim meats, and prepare daily offerings
Assist with meat cutting and presentation
Set up and maintain an efficient prep station
Follow all food safety and quality standards

Knife skills and previous kitchen experience preferred
Can juggle multiple tasks under pressure
Ready to learn and take initiative
Able to lift 50 lbs overhead and be on your feet all day
Comfortable taking on high expectations and leadership over time
Comfortable with consistent feedback
Bartender / Event Support
ACTIVELY HIRING

Varies depending on event bookings (mostly evenings and weekends)
This role is part-time and ideal for someone with bartending experience who enjoys working private events and bringing energy to a fun, fast-paced environment.

Set up and break down bar stations at our restaurant and banquet hall
Greet guests and serve beer, wine, and simple cocktails
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar area
Restock inventory and prep garnishes
Help with event setup and cleanup (including cleaning restrooms, assisting with décor, etc.)
Work alongside the event coordinator to support smooth, memorable events

Prior bartending or customer-facing experience required
Friendly and confident with guests
Able to stay organized and efficient during busy moments
Willing to jump in wherever needed—this is a team-first role
Must be 19+ and able to lift 20 lbs
